Welcome to the Eastern Claims Conference, an educational conference devoted to Life, Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Health Claims Management. The Eastern Claims Conference’s program is designed to serve a broad target market, from entry-level associate personnel to senior management. Formed in 1977, the ECC’s only function is to present an annual conference. We require no separate membership fee and our conference fee is kept to as reasonable a level as possible.  Our focus includes career development, and promotion of in-depth understanding of claim management. Currently the ECC hosts a nationwide conference consisting of all disciplines associated with claims, as well as drawing international attendees from as near as Canada, and as far as Australia. In addition to claims professionals and the investigative resources that support their activities, we also host a large contingent from the legal profession as well as a cross section of financial and medical specialists, who interact with the claims adjudication process.

The ECC prides itself on providing excellent networking opportunities not only within the context of the seminars themselves but also by providing ample opportunity for the attendees to interact during organized gatherings. We also host a large number of vendors in those service areas that support the claim professional so that attendees have an excellent opportunity to meet and develop resources to assist them when they return to their workplace.

The ECC is not a membership organization and this conference is open to all in the insurance industry, however, attendance by claims professionals and those who assist them in carrying out their responsibilities is our target audience and we reserve the right to restrict attendance at this program.
